Nick and I wanted to say thank you for ensuring that our wedding ceremony and reception ran smoothly. The whole day was fantastic and all our guests commented on how nice the venue was, how efficient the staff were and that the food was fabulous. In fact several guests commented that the food was the best they had ever tasted at a wedding so top marks to your chef.

As you know, initially we didn't want a toastmaster as we thought it would make things a bit fussy but as it was included in the package we decided to go with it. Alan Coxhead was absolutely brilliant, helping the photographer get everyone together for the photos and ensuring everyone was where they were supposed to be on time. We certainly couldn't have done without him and I hope you will pass our sincere thanks on to him.

All in all the day was better than we had ever expected and that was all down to you and the staff at the Casa.

I wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to you and your team for our Wedding Reception on Saturday.

The facilities were perfect, the staff very friendly and the buffet was exceptional. All of our friends and family had a great time and all commented on the quality of the buffet and the very high standard of the venue.

Matt did a really good job as DJ as well, the music was exactly what we wanted.

Thanks to your hard work and genuine interest in ensuring we had a good time the evening was very special and both Lucy and I will always remember it.

Should we ever wish to arrange any further functions for Birthdays etc I will honestly not consider any other venue, that’s how impressed we were.

Just wanted to say how impressed we have been by the efficient and high standard of service you have provided with regard to my party on Saturday 24th January. All of your staff on the night of the party was professional and friendly. The hospitality staff on duty during the evening was alert and helpful. They noticed when extra small tables were required for people who were looking to be seated with their food. The buffet was excellent. The barman in charge of the resident’s bar after midnight was charming and didn't make us feel as though he was in a rush to close - even though we were still there at 3 am!!! He even showed us to the kitchen so that we could finish off some of the food from our buffet!

We are also grateful to you personally for the friendly and professional way you guided us during the weeks leading up to the party. Quite a few of our guests were also impressed with the Casa so hopefully you will benefit in the future from your excellent customer service.

Dear Mr Dougan

I just had to write and say a big ‘thank you’ to you, Nataliya and all the staff at the Casa who were part of our Ruby Wedding lunch last Sunday. The room setting was just perfect and the two chaps whom were look after us could not have done more to make our day so perfect. The food was excellent (as we expected!) the apple pie the best we’ve tasted since my mother’s many years ago! Special thanks to chef.

We look forward to our next dining experience at the Casa (but in much smaller numbers!) and discussing the arrangements for our ‘golden’ in 2018!! Thank you all once again

Dear Ian

I would like to express my thanks to you and all your staff for the lovely reception you arranged for as after my mother’s funeral yesterday. The food was excellent and we were very well looked after. Also the accommodation was very comfortable and it was so kind to help our guest, Robert Ford, be suitable dressed after he had managed to leave his suit at home!

We will be travelling down again in October for the interment of the ashes so may stay at your lovely hotel again then.
