Dear Ian,

We wish to thank you, Nataliya, your head chef and all the staff who contributed to making our Diamond Wedding anniversary lunch such an enjoyable event. Many of our guest commented on the presentation and content of the buffet; and what a lovely room in which to host the function. The bar appeared to be taking many, and a number of us managed to interest our stomachs in having a late evening meal in the restaurant. I hope therefore that it was a good booking for the Casa as well as for us.

I would particularly ask you to pass on to Nataliya my thanks for handling things on the day so well, and ensuring all ran smoothly. You can enjoy your days off when you know both front of house and kitchen are in such good hands.

If we are both around for our Platinum anniversary then perhaps we will be able to make another booking, but we may then have to enquire about wheelchair availability!!
